Caitlyn Jenner says she may consider running for US Senate

After her transition, the Log Cabin Republicans national executive director Gregory Angelo said that a fascinating thing about Caitlyn Jenner is the great potential that she has to bridge the two worlds of entertainment and politics.

According to Caitlyn Jenner, she has "considered" a senatorial run because she "likes the political side of it".

Speaking with NY radio host John Catsimatidis, Jenner said she is weighing her political future, according to The Hill. "[I] gotta find out where I can do a better job". I work very closely with a group called the American Unity Fund whose mission statement is to get the Republican Party to do a better job when it comes to all LGBT issues.

"The political side of it has always been very intriguing to me", she added. She explained that she's hoping the "perception" of the party can change from being beneficial to "rich, white, guys" to "the party of equality". A Republican has not won a Senate seat in the state since 1988, and in 2016, a Republican did not even make it past California's open primary to the general election.

There's a fourth character on the roster that doesn't get any air time in the trailer, a certain Ronan the Accuser. Announced characters so far include The Hulk, Captain Marvel , and Rocket Raccoon of Guardians of the Galaxy fame.

Both Rock and Jenner have been Donald Trump supporters and could be expected to run as Republicans.

"I have had a ton of emails and texts asking me if this website is real ..."

In her mind, if the new generation of Republicans can create an image of acceptance while maintaining their fiscally conservative values, it'll be a huge win for the party and the country. She told ABC's "The View" last week that she has been meeting with members of the Trump administration to talk about LGBTQ issues. Actually, this afternoon, I'm going to meet with [U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations] Nikki Haley, and we're going to discuss the worldwide ramifications of being in the LGBT community ...

"It will take awhile to change people's thinking". "I believe in limited government", Jenner told Catsimatidis.
