UFC: Jon Jones sets trap to take on 'The Beast' Brock Lesnar

It's been two years since he wore the title.

Lesnar is now the biggest draw in WWE and is under contract until next year, while Jones makes his return to the octagon this weekend against Daniel Cormier at UFC 214. Jones fights Daniel Cromier this Saturday on PPV is all about selling a big money fight for UFC who is in need of as many new, marketable fights as they can create while their rising stars continue to ascend.

To say that this feud has been simmering up until this point would be an understatement.

One thing that impressed me the most about the first fight was Jones' strength. Well, it's finally here! The UFC deemed this incident as a breach of the Athlete Code of Conduct Policy and stripped the UFC light heavyweight championship from Jon Jones before suspending him indefinitely.

"These are all things I can look forward to proving him wrong about on Saturday".

Jones was supposed to have a chance to shut Cormier's mouth not long after UFC 197. You can start DIRECTV NOW's 7-day free trial for another way to get a UFC 214 stream free.

BidaskClub Upgrades Marathon Oil Corporation (MRO) to "Sell"
During the latest trading session Marathon Petroleum Corporation (NYSE:MPC) stock went up with a prior 52-week high of $56.64. The company had revenue of $18.35 billion during the quarter, compared to analysts' expectations of $19.98 billion.

Mr. Miguel is particularly high on the Lawler-Cerrone battle, apart from the title bouts, seeing how motivated the two fighters are and how they are expected to bring the fireworks once they engage. His feelings towards DC have only matured since then and his monk-like focus this week has been as intriguing as it is unnerving. Here, too, Cormier can compete, but Jones' height and length give him the advantage of leverage, particularly for throwing powerful knees to Cormier's vulnerable body. Jones uses his length very well, as he lands a whopping 2.25 more significant strikes a minute than he absorbs. The only obstacles he had to overcome were self-inflicted.

When DC came onto the scene, a heavyweight champion from another organisation, he began calling Jones out on several of his misdemeanors.

Daniel Cormier was also of the opinion that their staredown at the earlier press conference let him look into Jones' soul.

The two first met at UFC 182 in January 2015 in an eagerly anticipated encounter which was buoyed by a brawl in the lobby of the MGM hotel in Las Vegas in the build up. Four months after beating Cormier, he was arrested for leaving the scene of a hit-and-run accident that injured a pregnant woman in Albuquerque. "You can always say, confidently, that 'I am the only ever 206.2-pound champion of the world.' You'll always have that title". The former Olympic wrestler from Oklahoma State was unbeaten as a heavyweight before going down to light heavyweight as a nod to his gym teammate, Cain Velasquez, who was heavyweight champ, and then Cormier cleaned up at 205 pounds, as well. The only man able to resist his onslaught so far has been Jones. Woodley, of Ferguson, Mo., makes this third defense of the title and is 4-0-1 in his past five fights. Fans and pundits are aware that DC has not gotten into legal trouble, but the reason they jeer him and not Jones is simply because the latter has been on a run of dominance that spans almost a decade. "I was taking everything for granted and making mistakes".

Should Jones win that he'll be the most talked about fighter in MMA and he's already admitted he's prepared to move up to heavyweight to take on new challenges. It is one of the most stacked that the UFC has ever put together.

"It's really sad when you change opponents really close to the fight, but I think Tonya Evinger deserves to have the big platform", Cyborg said.
