Hearthstone's newest expansion, Knights of the Frozen Throne, is now available

Knights of the Frozen Throne will be available to users on August 10th.

Hearthstone's much-anticipated Knights of the Frozen Throne expansion is out today, and if you're one of the folks drooling over the thought of opening your fresh new packs, I've got some good news and quick tips for you.

According to Blizzard's description, "The Lich King's entrepreneurial ventures in the mortal world are at an end, but you can now face him in Hearthstone!". That quest ended with a big confrontation with The Lich King. We are getting for the first time alternate heroes (not skins) in the form of Death Knight cards.

It's also worth remembering that Blizzard has changed its card pack rules, so expect to see fewer duplicates and no duplicate Legendaries anymore.

The key to the Pentagon's plan for a preemptive strike on North Korean missile sites would be a B-1B bomber attack originating from the U.S.

Meanwhile, players who purchased "Knights of the Frozen Throne" before August 10 are entitled to get 50 card packs and an exclusive Frostmourne card.

Like the above-mentioned "Warcraft" references, the Frostmourne was first introduced by Blizzard as a runeblade attached to the Frozen Throne and intended for whoever assumes the identity of the Lich King.

In addition to 135 brand new cards spread across classes, the new expansions will bring us new game mechanics, including Lifesteal and Legendary Hero Cards that'll transform heroes into Death Knights. What that means is that the 50 card-pack you may have already preordered for $50 will be available to discover on that day, right alongside a new card back.

The expansion will also add free single-player missions, with a new section of missions unlocking each week until they are all revealed.
