Sam Smith Announces New Song 'Too Good At Goodbyes' (Week in Review)

Unlike his biggest song to date, "Stay With Me", where Smith somehow brings an uplifting sense of romance to a one night stand, "Too Good at Goodbyes" is nearly brooding, proclaiming himself hardened by the pain of being mistreated by a former lover.

'I feel so rejuvenated and have so many stories I can't wait to tell you.

"I'm still very, very single", Smith elaborated.

"Too Good At Goodbyes" is the first new music from Sam Smith since the release of his #1 hit, the James Bond theme song "Writing's On The Wall" in 2015. "'Too Good at Goodbyes' is finally here gorgeous people!". After two years away from the music scene we are delighted to hear from him again. "I was there to see my god-daughter be born, I've been at every single birthday for my mom and my dad, sister and my cousins, my best friends", Smith said.

In an interview with Apple Music, Sam said the new track is about him and a relationship he is was in.
