The elder Sandusky was convicted in 2012 of 45 counts of child sexual abuseand sentenced to 30 to 60 years in prison.

But on Friday, according to the Associated Press, Jeffrey Sandusky pleaded guilty to all counts as part of a deal with prosecutors.

Jeffrey's guilty plea will land him in jail for at least 3 years, with the judge being able to impose a sentence up to 8 years.

Former Penn State Vice President Gary Schultz is out of prison, after serving two months for his role in the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse scandal. Upon release, he will be forced to register as a sex offender.

Police received a report in November of text messages Sandusky sent in March 2016 to a 16-year-old girl, the daughter of a woman he had been living with in Boalsburg for about five years, according to the criminal complaint.

The son of former Penn State University assistant football coach was accused of pressuring a teenage girl to send him naked photos and asking her teen sister to give him oral sex.

The crimes were uncovered late a year ago when a girl told her father that Sandusky had texted her repeatedly, asking her to send him naked photos.

The girl told the police that the texts made her uncomfortable and that "he kept pressuring me and asked me multiple times not to show the texts to anyone", the police said.

When that didn't work, according to Penn Live's description of court records, Sandusky tried to apologize and asked the girl to delete her texts.

Centre County District Attorney Stacy Parks Miller announced Friday night that Sandusky, 41, of State College, had pleaded guilty to "all charges", which includes 12 felonies.

"We are happy that these girls can move forward and experience a life with adults that deserve their trust", she said.
