Audrina Patridge files for divorce 10 months after her wedding

Just 10 months after getting married, The Hills alum Audrina Patridge is divorcing her husband Corey Bohan.

"Audrina's number one concern is for her daughter and she asks for privacy at this time", her rep tells PEOPLE.

Audrina filed for a restraining order on Monday, and the judge granted it the same day.

The couple have a 15-month-old daughter, Kirra Max, and have been together since 2008, two years after Audrina joined The Hills. She said he proceeded to empty her backpack and purse, and began punching himself in the head, threatening to "bash himself in the head with a metal canister if she left".

The world's richest woman dies
Liliane Bettencourt, the world's richest woman and heiress to the vast L'Oreal fortune, has died at her home aged 94. She was born Liliane Schueller to L'Oreal founder Eugene Schueller and Louise Madeleine Berthe in Paris in 1922.

The businesswoman further alleges that Bohan "threatened to kill himself" via text message while she was in Miami in mid-July to promote her swimwear line, Prey Swim. The site says that police were called and responded to the situation, but it is unclear if any action was taken.

In documents, obtained by TMZ, Audrina claims the beginning of the end of her marriage came on 6 September (17), when her husband, a professional BMX rider, started calling her names and harassing her during a row at their home. Last weekend, the filing continued, the couple had a verbal confrontation when Bohan followed her onstage at a beauty event where she was a panelist.

"I was in shock and kind of didn't even hear him but I said yes!"

Corey hasn't featured in one of Audrina's regular Instagram snaps since August 8, though she did post an ad endorsement featuring them both enjoying a "summer date night" on August 30.
