Wisconsin ran for 353 yards, led by Jonathan Taylor's 249, in dominating the second half and emerging with an important 38-17 victory, putting the Badgers in the driver's seat in the division.

Wisconsin Football travels to Lincoln on Saturday to face the Nebraska Cornhuskers in a Big Ten West matchup.

For the most part Lee was making plays - zinging completions into tight coverage in the first half. "I know I have to do my job and trust the guys to do theirs". We pride ourselves on being a smart offense running back group.

"Those things against a team like that, that's pretty methodical and eventually they're being as physical as they are, we just gave them too many opportunities and not really taking advantage of ours to put some points on the board", Riley said.

The 6-foot, 230-pound junior finished with 112 yards on 23 carries as he stared in place of Mikale Wilbon, who was out with an injury.

On Saturday night, Nebraska celebrated the 20-year anniversary of its last national championship team that went 13-0 and routed Peyton Manning's Tennessee to clinch the title.

It was the second 200-yard game for Taylor, who recorded the third-best rushing performance against Nebraska in its proud history. He finished 16-of-32 passing for 262 yards, and his lone interception probably should have gone for a touchdown.

Ghana beat Colombia in Federation Internationale de Football Association U-17 World Cup opener
It was end-to-end stuff with Colombia slightly dominating initially before Ghana stamped their authority as the match went on. In all, Ghana have reached four out of five World Cup finals and finished third in the 1999 edition.

"I thought Tanner played well", NU center Michael Decker said. With 11 seconds to go in the half, Nebraska's offense ran two pass plays, not taking a single shot at the end zone. After a rush by Taylor for no gain, Husker junior safety Aaron Williams made an outstanding play on the ball thrown into the flat toward the Wisconsin sideline and sprinted untouched into the end zone to tie the game at 17 with 10:43 left in the third.

75 - yards covered by Taylor on his touchdown run in the second quarter, UW's longest play from scrimmage this season.

The 93-yard touchdown drive was followed by two more-80 yards in 10 plays after a Nebraska punt and 40 yards in 10 plays after linebacker Ryan Connelly recovered a fumble forced by cornerback Derrick Tindal. Nebraska trails 10-7.

The Huskers were hurt by a pick-six by Wisconsin's Chris Orr on the opening drive when they were in scoring position. And then the usually automatic Drew Brown missed a 33-yard field goal.

Particularly after the Cornhuskers appeared to swing momentum their way early in the second half with a defensive touchdown that unleashed a deafening roar from the sellout crowd of almost 90,000. Like I said, just talking with the linemen seeing if our run fits.

It was frustratingly tantalizing - Nebraska always seemed to be on the verge of something big, only to have that one bad play wreck momentum. "It was there and it was great execution".

The Badgers are 1-0 in the Big Ten and 3-1 with the over. As the Badgers pulled away, second-half yardage also become tougher to acquire both on the ground (nine of 110 total yards) and through the air (59 of 271). The 21-point loss was their most lopsided since Iowa beat them by the same score in 2013 and only increases the pressure on Riley.
