Holy Fashion: 'Vogue' Just Revealed the Met Gala's 2018 Theme

The Met Gala is fashion's night of nights, with the world's most stylish celebrities flocking to New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art for an evening of glamour and sophistication. The glam squad takes over from last year's celebrity co-chair's Katy Perry, Pharrell, Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady.

The singer will be leading the show with the likes of Amal Clooney, Anna Wintour and Donatella Versace.

Well, guess no more, because the 2018 Met Gala theme has been revealed as Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination.

"The Roman Catholic Church has been producing and promoting attractive works of art for centuries", says Greg Burke, director of the press office for The Holy See.

Donatella is the Met Gala veteran of the trio, as next years bash will mark her seventeenth appearance.

Next year's Met Gala will also depart from the highly presumed first Monday of May time slot, scheduled instead for Monday, April 30.
