New accusation of gesture moved against senator Al Franken

Al Franken must be investigated fully by the Senate Ethics Committee and they're not calling on the Minnesota Democrat to resign at this point.

Menz said Franken grabbed her butt during a 2010 photo-op at the Minnesota State Fair, making her feel "gross" and "uncomfortable". While Jeremy says he couldn't see what happened, Lindsay claims that Franken "pulled me in really close, like awkward close" and "put his hand full-fledged on my rear. It wasn't around my hip or side", Menz said. "It was definitely on my butt", she said, recalling that the brazen act lasted three or four seconds.

"I was like, oh my God, what's happening".

Menz, who made a decision to speak out after Leeann Tweeden's allegation against Franken went public last week, said, "You just feel gross".

Franken is now speaking out about the alleged encounter, insisting he doesn't remember taking a photo with Menz.

The province has noted that strike-related support will not count against a student's OSAP assessment. The fund would compensate students who suffered financial problems because of the stoppage.

The Senator, aged 66, said he did not remember taking the photo with Menz, but felt badly that she felt disrespected. "I feel badly that Ms. Menz came away from our interaction feeling disrespected". The Tweeden incident occurred before Franken was senator, but the State Fair allegation was a year after he took office. It was over pretty quick.

The democratic senator, a former stand-up comedian, apologized last week after the host Leeann Tweeden has told have suffered as a gesture moved and a kiss forced the hand of the man during a tour of shows for the american troops.

"It'd be like being walking through the mall and some random person grabbing your butt", she explained. Menz also said she posted the photo with Franken on Facebook on August 27, and when her sister commented on the photo, she replied: "Dude - Al Franken TOTALLY molested me!" He was already gone and I wasn't going to confront him.

She added: "I don't want to paint my story in the same light as hers".

CNN reported that Menz shared the photo of her and Franken on Facebook that same day, and her sister commented and joked that Menz and Franken weren't two "Bibles width apart".
