Atiku is said to have written to members of the PDP caretaker committee informing them of his desire to visit the members of the committee to further smoothen his return to the party he had abandoned a few times in the past.

The party boss reiterated that there was no secret deal with the Atiku for him to return to the party, saying: "Waziri of Adamawa is not one that goes for secret deals".

He assured that they did PDP would be a reformed party that would give everybody level playing field.

"The lack of internal democracy, disregard for the party's constitution, irregular schedule of meetings, inability to conduct a convention, the absence of a Board of Trustees and arrogance of the party leadership will bring about the impending doom", he declared.
