Body found is believed to be woman missing after Tinder date

A body accepted to be that of a missing Nebraska lady who vanished following a Tinder date a month ago has been found - and there's "proof of injustice", police said as two people of enthusiasm for the case stay in the slammer. Her mother reported her missing November 16 after she missed work in Lincoln. Federal Bureau of Investigation and LPD believe foul play was involved in the death of the individual.

Her disappearance ignited a search that captivated the Lincoln area and drew in resources from neighbouring law enforcement agencies and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

"It's with heavy hearts that we share this most recent update with you all", the Loofe family wrote on Facebook. May God grant eternal rest unto thee.

Sydney Loofe was "the kind of kid that you wanted in class", a former teacher recalled on Tuesday as the city mourned the young woman's death. Boswell has admitted she was with Loofe in the hours prior to her being reported missing. The last Snapchat Sydney Loofe sent to a friend before going on a Tinder date.

"By their own particular explanations via web-based networking media, we trust that Aubrey Trail and Bailey Boswell were two of the last individuals to see her before her vanishing", Bliemeister said. Friends said she had recently gone on two dates with a woman she met online named "Audrey".

The police chief said Tuesday morning that they had not been charged with any offense directly related to the Loofe investigation. Their social media comments led investigators to believe they may have been the last people with Loofe before she disappeared, Bliemeister said.

Susie Loofe said she knew something when her daughter's cat, Nimzy, was found at her home when she didn't report to work on November 16.

Bliemeister said there has not been positive confirmation yet that it is Loofe's body, but there is a "strong belief" it is. Her cell phone last pinged in the Wilber area, which is where the search was focused last week.

Boswell, who was sought on a failure to appear warrant in a drug case, lives in Trenton, Missouri, the Nebraska records say. They also accused the police of blowing off their calls. It had gone so well, she said, that they had talked about another outing to a nearby casino.

'You've already crucified us in the newspapers. Boswell said she hadn't heard from Loofe since. "She was anticipating getting back home that night".

The Loofe family took to social media the following days to raise awareness about her disappearance in hopes of aiding the search.

A lawyer whom Trail mentioned in the video, Douglas Werz, said in a statement that he had not been hired by the man.
