COD: Black Ops 4 teased, could launch on Nintendo Switch

It is no secret that Call Of Duty is an annual franchise with three major developing studios working on it and with Sledgehammer' Call of Duty: WW2 release, fans are looking forward to Call Of Duty 2018 and a rumor has made its way on the internet suggesting that it will be Black Ops 4.

There are new rumors circling of the next Call of Duty game being a sequel to Black Ops 3, with COD: Black Ops 4 being teased to launch not only on the Xbox, PlayStation and PC but the Nintendo Switch as well. Interestingly enough, the game is also coming to Nintendo Switch, complete with DLC, HD Rumble and motion controls support.

With Treyarch in charge of the next Call of Duty it comes as no surprise that the next entry into the series will be Black Ops 4. It will have the hard task of following the very popular series of Call of Duty: WWII.

While the game is claimed to be set in modern times, it's going to be boots on the ground, so can probably expect not to see futuristic machinery such as jetpacks in the game. "The Switch version is also being ported by a company which is familiar with COD games". It has become the fastest-growing Nintendo console in the United States and has already proven to be a competent device to play shooters in with the release of "DOOM" on the portable platform.

"COD 2018 is Black Ops 4 and is coming to PS4/Xbox/PC/Switch", noted Sellars.

Call of Duty WWII doesn't have "quite enough" campaign moments to really leave you feeling like a war hero when it's finished, just like there's "not quite enough" multiplayer content with the map count at a series low.

It's very interesting that Treyarch will be continuing on with their Black Ops series, as it would be the first in the series to go beyond a trilogy.
