Apple News is a go-to source for all Olympics News as the most highly anticipated winter sports competition, taking place in Pyeongchang, South Korea, gets underway.

While not as extensive as the Sports interface, the News section in the TV app allows users to instantly access live streaming news content from several different networks.

Facebook is testing a downvote button to try and fight fake news
On an inferring note, it was officially revealed that the social media company hasn't planned to expand the " downvote " feature. Hitting the downvote button hides the comment, and will also let you report the post for being " offensive " or " misleading ".

"Developers have been able to make custom apps for Apple TV since the introduction of tvOS a few years ago, but Google did not initially take advantage of this until now". On the one hand, it will give a little more attention to "For You" section: Apple has never detailed how much it is used compared to the rest of Apple News but I'm guessing less than what's at the top of the app when you first open it. For example, you can say "Play Bloomberg" or "Watch CNN". This new feature should drive downloads for those six companies. Users can even add events they want to follow or watch to their planner. There will be a medal tracker and morning roundups so you can easily catch up with what you've missed overnight. This obviously includes the US which has a 14-hour time difference with Korea.

Like a lot of other video apps from major services, YouTube hasn't exactly made an app tailored to Apple TV. We've asked if this will be available outside of the USA - since NBC only holds the rights to coverage in that country - and we're also asking which other partners are involved.
