Watch Justin Timberlake surprise Super Bowl "selfie kid"

In case you missed it, Ryan became a viral sensation after he was seen fiddling with his phone and trying to take a selfie with Justin Timberlake as he sang "Can't Stop the Feeling" to close out his performance at the Super Bowl. Selfie Kid was shocked when the "Mirrors" singer-songwriter said his name as The Ellen DeGeneres Show audience roared with delight.

"It's nice to meet you finally", he told McKenna on the phone. Well, it appeared 13-year-old Ryan received another surprise from the singer when he appeared on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show".

As for the memorable televised selfie moment, McKenna revealed that he wasn't initially sitting in the spot where JT stopped, and that he had to push his way through to get to Timberlake. DeGeneres also asked him if he knew that Timberlake would be entering his section for his "Can't Stop the Feeling" finale.

"The lady told us we were in a good section, but we didn't know Justin would be there", he said. "But we had no idea Justin was going to be there".

"There was no hologram, the images and sounds of Prince singing the song with Timberlake made it into something of a disembodied duet".

"I got myself there".
