With the Galaxy S9 coming out in just a few weeks, it's clear that it's a top performer when it comes to the camera.

New Zealand outlets are already offering an online ordering facility for the new Samsung phone, which seems likely to retail at either $1400 or $1600, depending on the features.

This week at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Samsung finally announced its long-awaited Galaxy S9. It is water and dust resistant with IP68 certification. Of course the S9 and S9+ run on the latest mobile processors (that would be Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 in the U.S. and China; and Exynos 9810 for the rest of the world) and the S9+ phone has had its RAM (temporary memory) bumped up to 6GB. The addition of Dolby Atmos will deliver three-dimensional sound to provide you with a theater-like experience. We don't want to draw a conclusion at this time since the Galaxy S9 demo unit we tried them on wasn't quite a final product, but they did appear to lack the precision of Apple's Animoji when it comes to tracking face expressions. But what make the new devices worthy 2018 flagship phones are the improvements in the camera, with three important new features.

Samsung is also using both the facial recognition and iris scanners to unlock your smartphones more securely. The two apertures stops are f/1.5 and f/2.4. This mind-blowing feature can record 720p HD videos at 960 fps and the end result is awesome.

Samsung has also launched Apple's Animojis competitor called AR Emoji.

The S9 is a re-imagining of the mobile camera, according to Samsung and supposedly produces 60-percent brighter images compared to the S8.

Vicar of Dibley's Emma Chambers died of suspected heart attack
Emma was a gifted comic actress who made any part she played - no matter how ditzy or other worldly - look easy. He wrote on Twitter: " Emma Chambers was a hilarious and very warm person and of course a brilliant actress".

As far as the design is concerned, the Galaxy S9 has a fingerprint sensor below the camera module which was placed on the right of the camera module on the Galaxy S8.

The S9 is available in gray, blue, black and, new this year, lilac.

In Ireland, the phones will be on sale from 16 March with pre-orders open since 25 February.

The Samsung Galaxy S9 will be priced at $719.99 (nearly Rs. 46,600) in U.S., while the Samsung Galaxy S9+ will be available at $839.99 (nearly Rs. 54,400).

Convenient features like Qi wireless charging and fast-charging are also supported, so you will not be missing out on much with this purchase.
