Windows Phone now prominently featuring in newly designed Microsoft.com website

Looks like the days of Microsoft treating Windows Phone like an ugly step-child may be over. It's not too long ago that the damn-it iPhone featured prominently on the Hotmail main page, much to the dismay of Windows Phone users and fanboys alike.
Microsoft has been giving all of its properties a fresh coat of paint lately, bringing the metro experince to Bing, Xbox 360, Hotmail and SkyDrive. A LiveSide reader managed to find a link to a newly redesigned Microsoft.com homepage, currently still in preview mode. Check it out in the screenshot above.
