Tmonews.com appear to have uncovered more Windows Phone 8 news for us - you know how we love the odd rumour here. The image above is a browser user agent string that shows an unknown Samsung SGH T899 model which Tmonews.com claims to be T-Mobile's first Windows Phone 8 device - with LTE. The user agent string indicates this device is running Internet Explorer 10, which suggests that this is a Windows Phone 8 device.
We already know that Samsung is readying two Windows Phone 8 devices; the high-end Odyssey and the mid-range Marco. The LTE Odyssey will feature a 4.65-inch Super AMOLED display with HD resolution, an 8MP main camera and a 2MP shooter at the front. The Odyssey is marked as an NFC device, suggesting it will support the Wallet Hub and the Tap & Send feature. It will be powered by Qualcomm's MSM8960 1.5GHz dual-core processor. We still think the Odyssey will be named the Samsung Focus S2 when it's launched.
This will obviously be great news to long suffering T-Mobile Windows Phone users who have not had a choice of a high-end Windows Phone device since the HTC HD7. Any T-Mobile customers planning to get this device?
