Nokia working on 4-inch Lumia 610 successor, to come with Windows Phone 7.8

The Verger claim they have knowledge of a device that Nokia is currently testing. According to their sources, the Finnish giant is preparing a handset codenamed "Glory" that will include a 4-inch display.

The particular device is supposed to be the successor to the Nokia Lumia 610 Windows Phone and will include Windows Phone 7.8 alongside low specifications such as a 800mhz processor and 256MB of RAM.

We understand Nokia needs to have low-end device but one with Windows Phone 7.8 seems to be a step in the wrong direction. Why would anyone want to buy a device that can't run Windows Phone 8 apps? What do you guys think?
