ZTE director teases Windows Phone 8 devices via blurry photo

Dennis Lui, ZTE's director of mobile phone market strategy has posted some interesting pictures of what appears to be Windows Phone 8 and Windows Phone 7.8 devices via a Chinese social networking website.

Unfortunately, Lui's photos are deliberately partially obscured, so it's almost impossible to tell exactly what we are looking at. One thing for sure is that the device on the left appears to be the ZTE Tania (possibly the Orbit), updated to version 7.8. The one on the middle is rather confusing as it appears to be running a current Windows Phone 7.5 build. The third device is likely to be a brand new Windows Phone 8 model. the device looks a bit less curvy and a little larger than the Tania.

The second picture (above) shows a stack of ZTE branded handsets in a variety of eye-catching colours. It's not clear whether these are Windows Phone based or not but common sense would say they most like are Windows Phone 8 devices as they are pictured with what appears to be a ZTE Windows 8 slate. If you look closely you can make out the USB port at the bottom of the devices, suggesting that they indeed are Windows Phone 8 devices.

Are you excited by ZTE's offerings? Let us know below.
