HTC Windows Phone 8S heading to US Cellular?

Having recently landed the ZTE Orbit Windows Phone 7.5 smartphone (ZTE Render), US Cellular might be extending their Windows Phone portfolio with the newly announced Windows Phone 8S by HTC [that's the correct name!], according to a thread created on TeamUSCellular.
Member iRub1Out published a number of handsets that are heading to the US carrier and the HTC 8S was listed as one of them. The mid-range Windows Phone device features a 4-inch WVGA display, 1GHz dual core S4 chipset, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage, 5-Megapixel f/2.8 camera, microSD slot-support, Beats Audio and is available in domino, fiesta red, Atlantic blue and High-Rise grey.
While this is nothing more than a rumour which should be taken with a spoonful of the sodium stuff, US Cellular, being a somewhat smaller carrier will be expected to pick up one of the mid-range Windows Phone 8 devices. The 8S seems to likely candidate as Nokia seems to be busy bending over backwards to suit the bigger carriers and Samsung has not bothered with a mid-range Windows Phone 8 option.
