Bonsai Golf Coral: Play crazy golf in stunning 3D on your Windows Phone

October 19, 2012 at 10:47 GMT | By Guest Developer

Bonsai Golf Coral is a fully 3d physics enabled golf game that focuses on orb collecting on top of reaching the hole. Getting to the final hole of each level is still the goal but points are totalled based upon how many orbs the player collects along the way.

To putt, simply move the virtual thumb stick to find the desired position then tap it to send the ball off in the direction. Moving up and down adjust velocity while left to right provide direction.

Sometimes it is not always in the player's best interest to take as few strokes as possible as a 5 point orb might be missed. The large orbs are 5 points and the small orbs are one point each. 3 points are awarded to each stroke under par.

Each level is designed to make the user choose among small orbs, the large orb, or fewest strokes. 8 points on a level would be considered a great score. To get more than 8, creative strokes will need to be taken.

The theme is derived from my first game, Bonsai Golf, where the player had to putt around miniature bonsai trees to reach the hole. Coral, as the name suggests, takes place underwater where the music , sounds, and visuals bring about a calming nature. One handed operation was taken into consideration since this is a casual game allowing the user to play on a train or bus.
